JOHN MBURU | LL.B (UON), DIP.KSL, CPS (K)

LL.B (UON), DIP.KSL, CPS (K) MClarb -  John Mburu has been in legal practice for the last 14years cutting his niche in Litigation and Industry Specific Transactions.  He is highly skilled in conveyance and has a wide of experience in general commercial law.

Mr. Mburu is a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya) and a Chartered Arbitrator duly appointed by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is currently pursing an LL.M degree in Law, Governance and Democracy from the University of Nairobi. He is a serving member of the Council of the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa (APSEA) and has previously served as a member of the Council of the Law Society of Kenya.

In his 14 year career he led his firm in representing in various matters the National Bank of Kenya (NBK), Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB), Cooperative Bank (CO-OP), Agricultural Finance Cooperation (AFC), The Nairobi Hospital, Samsung Electronics East Africa, Danish Refugee Council/NGO Consortium, ISL Kenya Limited and Savings & Loan Kenya Limited.

LL.B (UON), DIP.KSL MEMBER: LAW SOCIETY OF KENYA (LSK): Chief litigator of the firm, Francis has 3 years professional experience in legal work. He holds Bachelors of Laws degree form the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law form the Kenya School of Law.
He is apt in the art of court-room litigation, drafting and case analysis. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
