The firm has most particularly and successfully represented its bank and other corporate clientele in court matters dealing with delinquent debts which revolve around secured and unsecured loans and or sale of goods and services where the client’s previous unilateral efforts of recovering monies owed to them by debtors have been rendered futile.

In addition to this the firm has successfully litigated in suits brought by borrowers who aim at obtaining injunctions whose effect would be to otherwise block a Bank’s statutory power of sale and delay necessary and legitimate recovery efforts.
